Super Sweet and Low Acid Tomato Fruit

See some of the best heirloom tomato plants with green or white fruit. These highly unusual tomatoes are well worth the garden space!

Aunt Ruby’s German Green – 80-85 days. Large beefsteak type fruit with bright green skin and green flesh. Sweet, full flavor from this German heirloom.

Green Grape – 75-85 days. Grape sized tomatoes are perfect for salads. Rich flavor useful for sauces as well.

Green Moldovan – 80 days. An heirloom tomato from Moldova. These fruits are neon green, slightly flattened in shape, have a tropical fruit flavor and can grow to 10 oz.

Green Sausage – 86 days. This determinate tomato plant produces fruit that is 4” long and has a skinny sausage shape. Green striped skin. Excellent for tomato paste.

Green Zebra – 75 days. Highly attractive green with lime green stripes and a bright green flesh. One of the best tomato flavors, this tomato has a sweet and tart taste that makes it popular in many gourmet situations.

Greenwich – 85-90 days. An heirloom from Britain these plants are highly productive and the fruits are attractive. Golden-green skin with green flesh that is filled with flavor.

Spear’s Tennessee Green – 80 days. An heirloom from Tennessee has been popular beyond that local region since the 1950’s. Smooth green fruit reaches 8-10 oz.

Stoke’s Green – 80 days. Medium large heirloom tomatoes on large, high yielding plants.

Beauty Blanc – 70 days. A medium sized, earlier maturing white tomato. Sweetly mild, low acid fruit.

Duggin White – 80 days. Preserved by a family for many years this is a medium sized heirloom beefsteak with white, rich tasting fruit.

Great White – 80-85 days. Large beefsteak tomatoes are creamy white when ripe and have a mild tropical flavor. High yield per plant.

Ivory Egg – 70-75 days. An heirloom introduced from Sweden this tomato plant bears fruit about the size and shape of a chicken’s egg. Abundant fruit perfect for sauce or salad.

Snow White – 68-75 days. Perfect white salad tomato with unique, easy taste.

White Beauty or Snowball – 70-85 days. Semi-determinate plants. This white heirloom has been around since the 1850’s and is good for paste, sauce or eating fresh. 8 oz smooth, creamy colored fruit.

White Wonder – 75-90 days. Medium large fruit are ivory colored and very sweet tasting.

White Tomesol – 80 days. A full flavored heirloom with 8 oz fruits from heavy yielding vines.
