My garden is mostly shade, so I only have them in a small area behind my garage right now. I have three yellow climbers (can't remember the name, sorry ) growing up a trellis near the fence. I have a corner lot, so the roses are starting to provide screening from the street.

I plan on buying some rugosa roses, which will be more tolerant of my shady conditions.
