Fall Containers?

This is a little off topic.
I have this walk way up to my steps. It is dry and dusty
I am going to make stepping stones by casting cement on circles and then mosaicing sunflowers on each step.
Once these are placed pour white pebbles around them so that there is a pathway.

So it is kinda like a bunch of flowers,
